Tailored Career Training for Success: ProSculpt’s Career Craft Program at LIBA
From August 19 to August 23, 2024, ProSculpt collaborated with LIBA (Loyola Institute of Business Administration) to host the Career Craft Program, a transformative experience for MBA and PGDM students. The event was designed to enhance the employability skills of future business leaders, providing them with the knowledge and tools to excel in today’s competitive job market.
A Holistic Approach with Expert Trainers
The program featured 19 expert trainers across various domains, including Soft Skills, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, and Operations. Each session was tailored to meet the diverse needs of the students, ensuring they received both theoretical knowledge and practical insights.
Soft Skills: The Foundation of Success
The soft skills trainer led intensive sessions focused on essential career growth skills.
Business Communication: Enhancing clarity and professionalism in communication.
Group Discussions: Preparing students for real-world team dynamics.
Mock Group Discussions & Personal Interviews: Offering a safe space for students to practice and improve their skills before facing real interview panels.
Personal Interviews: Individualized Career Guidance
Each student underwent a Personal Interview (PI) lasting between 25 to 30 minutes, conducted by specialized trainers from the fields of Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, and Operations. These interviews were held in separate rooms, providing students with personalized feedback and insights into how they could improve their performance and better align their skill sets with industry expectations.

The Career Craft Program not only equipped students with the knowledge needed in their respective fields but also honed their soft skills, making them well-rounded and confident individuals ready to tackle job interviews and enter the business world with poise.
