1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 In ProSculpt, we value the Privacy of our users and customers when they give us access to their Personal Data. This Privacy Policy describes how we work to maintain that trust and protect that information.

We collect the data from the user and customers during the access or use of our online and/or mobile websites, applications, services, and software, interact with us on the phone or in person, or, where permitted by applicable law and in line with this Privacy Policy, that we obtain from publicly available sources or third-party sources.

 

 

2. IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS

2.1 “Internship/Job Seeker” is a user searching for Training/employment openings, services, or information related to their personal Training/employment or job search.

2.2 “Employer” is an Individuals and/or organization seeking information related to hiring or human resources, seeking Job Seekers, or seeking to make available information regarding employment openings, on their behalf or other’s behalf, including but not limited to agencies purchasing for multiple parties and employment agencies.

2.3 “Personal Data” is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual and can include information about how you engage with our Services, such as device information or IP address.

2.4 “Job/Internships Listings” is a Training/employment opening on ProSculpt.

2.5 “Resume” is a ProSculpt resume or a resume that you upload yourself.

 

 

3. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect information about you and/or your usage to provide better services and offerings. We collect the following categories of Personal Information in the following ways:

3.1 name, email address, password, country, city, contact number and company/organization that you are associated with when you sign up for alerts on the Platform;

3.2 information that one would usually include in a resume, including name, contact details including e-mail address and mobile number, work experience, educational qualifications, data relating to your current and past remuneration or salary, a copy of your resume, etc. when you register on the Platform;

3.3 information about the services that you use and how you use them, including log information and location information when you are a user of the services through the Platform.

3.4 we may collect your Personal Information such as name, age, contact details, preferences, etc. through surveys and forms, when you choose to participate in these surveys etc.;

3.5 when you use a device to access the Platform, we may collect technical or other related information from the device as well as the device location.

3.6 To the extent permitted by law, we may record and monitor your communications with us to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and our internal policies. This may include the recording of telephone conversations.

3.7 During the sign in with your social media account to access the Platform, or otherwise connect your social media account with the services of the Platform, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. 4. USE OF THE INFORMATION

Usage of your data and personal data depends on the purpose for which you interact with us. We may process your Personal Information for the following purposes:

4.2 Providing our services and products to you including sending you job alerts, calendar alerts, relevant search results, recommended jobs and/or candidates (as the case may be), and other social media communication facilities.

4.3 We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. Improving the Platform and its content to provide better features and services.

4.4 Conducting market research and surveys with the aim of improving our products and services.

4.5 Establishing, exercising or defending legal rights in connection with legal proceedings (including any prospective legal proceedings) and seeking professional or legal advice in relation to such legal proceedings.

4.6 Sending you information about our products and services for marketing purposes and promotions.

5. RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use with us more efficient, practical, and relevant. We can correct or update your account profile and resume at any time. You may choose to delete your account, following which we will either delete or de-identify the data.

 

 

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION

6.1 If you are an employer, information related to your internship and/or job post such as organisation name, URL, description, job description, skills required etc. is published online and can be viewed by anyone visiting the ProSculpt site and app. This information may also appear on search websites like Google. Further, we may share your personal information (including contact details) with students who apply to your internships and/or jobs or get hired by you through ProSculpt.

6.2 If you are an applicant, we may share your personal information with employers whose internships and/or jobs you apply to or whose internships and/or jobs, if we feel relevant for you or who may come across your profile through a search of our user base.

6.3 We may share your information with third party individuals, contractors, companies and other service providers that perform services on our behalf or in partnership with us.

6.4 Additionally, you may have the option to share your information and activities on ProSculpt, through social media. We do not have control over information shared with third party social networks and you should review the policies of those networks before consenting to share information with them.

6.5 If you post any of your personal information in public areas of ProSculpt, such as in online forums, chat rooms, comments section, etc. this information will be accessible to everyone on the public internet. It may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of this website.

6.6 When we send you an email or SMS, we use a third-party service. In this case, it becomes necessary to pass on your email address/ mobile number to the third party. While we only work with reputed service providers in this regard, we are not responsible for the use made by them of this information.

6.7 We reserve the right to publish the internship and/or job post of companies on social media platforms and to any third-party websites along with newspapers and magazines, in order to increase the visibility of the post.

6.8 We may also share your information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action about possible illegal activities or to comply with legal process. We may also share your information with third parties to investigate and address violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, or to investigate and address violations of the rights of third parties and/or ProSculpt, our employees, users, or the public. This may involve the sharing of your information with law enforcement, government agencies, courts, and/or other organizations.

 

 

7. THIRD PARTY CONTENT

7.1 You have to be aware that our Platform sometimes contains links to other sites that are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Users may be directed to third-party sites for more information, such as advertisers, blogs, content sponsorships, vendor services, social networks, etc.

7.2 We make no representations or warranties regarding how your information is stored or used on third-party servers. We recommend that you review the applicable privacy statements and policies of each third-party site linked from the ProSculpt Platform to determine their use of your personal information.

 

 

8. CHILDREN

If you are less than 13 years old at the time of your first visit to ProSculpt, you are prohibited from using the website, app, or software further entirely on your own, unless if you are operating under the guidance of your parent/guardian. However, please note that we have no way of determining your age when you visit our website or whether you have parental supervision available or not. We do not intend to and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

 

 

9. COOKIES AND PIXEL TAGS

The ProSculpt and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags etc. to collect information regarding your use of ProSculpt and third party websites. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer that enables us to remember you and your actions when you visit our website/app or software. This helps us remember your preferences and searches, improve your experience (for example, by keeping you logged in), customize the content according to your preferences and perform analytics, and assist with security and administrative functions. Cookies may be persistent or stored only during an individual session, as necessary. A pixel tag is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier embedded invisibly in an email and may be used to track whether the email has been opened and for other analytics. 13.1 We do not store any Bank account related information or any credit/debit card details.

13.2 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by users as a result of any disclosure of any information concerning the user’s bank account, credit cards or debit cards in the course of any online transactions or payments made for any products and/or services offered through the Platform.
