Cancellation and refund
1. Payments for the services offered by ProSculpt shall be on a 100% advance basis. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable. Thus no refund/cancellation would be permitted after payment is made by the subscriber/User.
2. In some circumstances ProSculpt may entertain refund requests at its sole discretion. If ProSculpt decide to refund the payment made by the user/subscriber, the refund will processed within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) from the receipt of the refund request.
3. Refund of any failed transactions the user/subscriber may place their refund requests with the refund reconciliation team at support@prosculpt.co or contact +91444910999,+914449109962 ProSculpt offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customer’s card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in the processing of online transactions, the problems with the Internet infrastructure currently available and the working days/holidays of financial institutions.
4. Refunds initiated by the subscribers in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of ProSculpt.
5. We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and associated product/service specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
