Job Description.

The Regional Manager shall oversee the sales and business development efforts in the Western Region
for Ma Foi’s SaaS product named “ProSculpt” and career services solutions which includes online and
offline training programs.
The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and selling ProSculpt, which offers students and
institutions access to internships, job opportunities, mental well-being support, psychometric
assessments, and upskilling services (Technical and Soft Skills).



Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the region.
• Identify and prioritize target colleges and educational institutions for ProSculpt services and
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to colleges to showcase the capabilities of our
• Stay up-to-date with ProSculpt offerings and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and
value propositions to potential clients.
• Enhance brand visibility by participating in educational conferences, seminars, and trade shows to
establish strong relationships with educational experts, institutions, and industry leaders to
collectively broaden the outreach.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the education and
career services sector within the region.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high customer
satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to align strategies and resources

Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate daily and weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales

Experience and Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in selling educational product to colleges (or) in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (Any).
• Strong understanding of the education industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
