Jain College of Engineering recently partnered with CIEL Skills and Careers to provide a comprehensive 36-hour preplacement training program. Held from August 27th to September 1st, the program was designed to equip over 400 students with essential skills to excel in the competitive job market. Conducted over six days on-campus, the training was a blend of 24 hours of aptitude training and 12 hours of soft skills development, focusing on areas crucial for students’ placement success.
