Ltd. successfully conducted a transformative 5 Days Faculty Development Program (FDP) from June 3rd to 9th, 2025, at Annai Violet Arts & Science College, Ambattur.
About the Program
The FDP was designed to enhance leadership skills, innovation in teaching, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education. Under the theme “Leading with Excellence”, the program equipped faculty members with:

The five-day program featured sessions by distinguished facilitators:

- Mrs. Sheeba Jayaraj – Mentorship & Institutional Development
- Dr. Selva Mary G. (SRM Institute of Science & Technology) – Application of AI in Education
With structured daily sessions (forenoon and afternoon), the program created a highly interactive and immersive learning experience.
Highlights from the AI Session
On the final day, Dr. Selva Mary introduced educators to 20+ cutting-edge AI tools like:
- ChatPDF – For document analysis and question generation
- Quillbot – For academic content refinement
- Brisk Teaching – For enhancing classroom productivity
Over 92% of participants rated the AI session as Excellent or Very Good, requesting longer durations and deeper tool coverage in future editions.
Faculty Feedback & Impact
The program received overwhelmingly positive feedback:
- Leadership Module: 41% rated it Excellent, and 32% Very Good
- AI Module: 62% rated it Excellent, and 30% Very Good
Educators reported enhanced confidence in leadership roles, improved student handling approaches, and practical application of AI tools in classrooms.
