In a strategic initiative to boost student employability, CIEL Skills and Careers partnered with Chendhuran College of Engineering and Technology to implement a structured assessment, training, and placement support program. The program was initiated and signed by Arunkumar V, led under his guidance, and executed with the support of the Prosculpt team in close collaboration with the college’s academic leadership.
Project Deliverables:
- Assessment – All participating students underwent structured assessments, including aptitude and job-readiness evaluations. These assessments were administered via the Prosculpt platform and provided insights into student competencies and improvement areas.
- Training – For the 2026 graduating batch, customized training sessions were delivered to improve technical knowledge, communication skills, and industry readiness. The training was tailored to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical job requirements.
- Placement – Both final-year (2025) and pre-final-year (2026) students received placement support. This included resume building, mock interviews with industry experts, and job opportunity alignment through Prosculpt’s integrated placement ecosystem.
Expected Outcomes & Future Impact
The initiative aims to impact a total of 220 students: 50 students from the 2025 graduating batch focusing on assessment and placement, and 170 students from the 2026 batch receiving complete assessment, training, and placement support.
By leveraging the Prosculpt platform, the program ensures smooth management of assessment and training workflows while delivering data-backed insights into student readiness. The goal is to boost placement success rates and equip students with industry-aligned skills for long-term career growth.
Why this Matters
- Targeted placement support – Ensures students are guided toward job opportunities that match their strengths and aspirations.
- Skill-based training and evaluation – Helps students build both technical and soft skills critical for success in modern workplaces.
- Holistic career preparation – Empowers students with confidence, clarity, and competence to transition smoothly from campus to corporate.
This collaboration between Chendhuran College of Engineering and Technology and CIEL Skills and Careers demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing student outcomes. Following this impactful engagement, Prosculpt looks forward to extending similar initiatives across the region, contributing to India’s growing demand for job-ready engineering talent.
