ProSculpt Partners with NITTE School of Management (NSOM), Bangalore for Comprehensive Soft Skills Training and Placement Support
ProSculpt is excited to announce its strategic partnership with NITTE School of Management (NSOM), Bangalore, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration is aimed at enhancing the employability and career readiness of NSOM students through an extensive six-month soft skills training program and placement support, tailored to equip students with the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
A Holistic Approach to Student Development
The training program, designed and delivered by ProSculpt’s expert trainers, is structured to ensure holistic development of students in areas critical to professional success. The partnership will cater to 90 students, divided into two batches (Batch 1 and Batch 2), providing personalized attention and a focused learning experience.
The core of this program is a blend of offline and online training sessions, strategically designed to fit seamlessly into the students’ academic schedules. Each month, the ProSculpt trainers will visit NSOM for five days to conduct these immersive sessions. Out of these, three days will be offline training at the campus, while the remaining two days will be online, ensuring flexibility without compromising on the learning outcomes.
Soft Skills for Long-Term Success
Soft skills, such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and time management, play an increasingly critical role in shaping a student’s career. Through this partnership, ProSculpt will deliver 10 hours of soft skills training each month to both batches, ensuring that students have ample time to grasp and practice these skills. This hands-on, interactive approach is designed to not only improve students’ professional demeanor but also boost their confidence in real-world corporate settings.
Aptitude Training to Enhance Employability
In addition to the soft skills training, ProSculpt is offering a comprehensive five-day Aptitude Workshop that focuses on enhancing the students’ problem-solving and analytical abilities. This intensive 30-hour program covers six hours of training each day, where students are taught essential aptitude skills, including shortcuts and strategies to crack competitive aptitude assessments often used by top recruiters. The workshop focuses on core areas such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, ensuring students are well-prepared for campus placements and recruitment tests.
Preparing Students for Campus Placements
One of the most significant aspects of this partnership is the placement support ProSculpt will provide to NSOM students. With this six-month engagement, ProSculpt aims to bridge the gap between academia and the job market, ensuring students are equipped with both the hard and soft skills needed to excel in job interviews, assessments, and ultimately, their careers. The blend of soft skills training and aptitude preparation ensures that students are not only job-ready but also stand out during campus placements.
Continuous Evaluation and Feedback
To ensure that students are progressing effectively, the program includes continuous assessments and feedback mechanisms. After each session, students will receive personalized feedback on their performance, allowing them to focus on areas of improvement. This constant evaluation helps students stay on track and ensures they are evolving throughout the six-month period.
Benefits of the Partnership
Through this MoU, ProSculpt and NSOM aim to provide the following key benefits to the students:
Personalized Attention: With small batch sizes, students receive focused training with tailored feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Holistic Skill Development: A balanced mix of soft skills and aptitude training to ensure students are well-rounded professionals.
Flexible Learning: The combination of offline and online sessions allows students to learn at their own pace while benefiting from face-to-face interactions.
