What should I NOT expect from Ma Foi’s Helevate program?
  • Our Helevate program will NOT be easy. We take the onus to support your learning through this journey, we will insist on discipline to be maintained in regards to your attendance.
What is Foundational and Level 1 ?
  • 60 hours – 100% Virtual LIVE training (Basics and Work-integrated Training by HR experts and 10 offline assessments and the start and final submission date will be announced through the LMS Calendar. The assessment will be online and there will be a combination of Subjective, Objective, and MCQ questions.
  • Students must be able to set aside at least 4-5 hours per week.
Financials and Refund policy
  • Students must pay the applicable amount for the enrolment to the Helevate HR Elevation Course.
  • You can claim a refund for the amount paid towards the HELEVATE Course at any time, before 15 days from the Program Start Date, by sending a written request to helevate@mafoigroup.com. You can request your Admission Counselor to help you in applying and withdrawing for a refund by sending them an email with the reasons listed.
  • There shall be no refund applicable once the HELEVATE program has started. Payment will not be refunded after the program start date even if the student discontinues the program.
  • A request for a refund must be sent via e-mail with a payment receipt and complete student details. The refund will be processed within 30 working days after being duly approved by the Academic Committee.
  • If a student, due to unavoidable circumstances, cannot commence with the cohort and requests for a batch change before the cohort starts, we allow the student to join another batch (Subject to the sole decision of the Helevate Academic Committee).
