In the final semester of their college journey, the senior students at Shasun Jain College for Women were eager yet anxious about their future careers.
Ciel Skills and Careers was identified as a training partner to offer transformative 60-hour placement training program designed to equip the students with essential skills for the job market. The MoU was signed by Mrs Latha Rajan – Director of Ciel Skills and Careers and Dr S Padmavathi – Principal – Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women
The journey began with a focus on communication skills. Through engaging activities and role-playing exercises, students learned to articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently. The second week emphasized the importance of effective group discussions. Students were taught to listen actively, debate respectfully, and present their ideas convincingly. The focus then shifted to crafting compelling resumes. Students received personalized feedback to highlight their strengths and achievements.
The final week was dedicated to mastering interview skills. Through mock interviews and real-time feedback, students learned how to make lasting impressions.
As the program concluded, the students felt a surge of confidence and readiness. The comprehensive training had not only equipped them with practical skills but also instilled a strong sense of self-assurance. They were now ready to step into the job market and make their mark.
Ciel Skills and Careers’ placement training at Shasun Jain College for Women transformed the final year students, preparing them for their professional journeys.
