Student Skill Assessment & Career Preparation Drive at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar

In a significant step towards enhancing students’ employability, CIEL Skills and Careers collaborated with Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC), Bidar to implement a comprehensive student skill assessment, training, and placement preparation program. This initiative was led by Siddiq Pasha and supported by the Prosculpt team in close coordination with the institution’s academic leadership.

Project Deliverables:

1. Training – Industry-relevant training modules focused on enhancing students’ technical abilities, communication skills, and workplace readiness. These sessions are designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.
2. Assessment – Structured and standardized evaluations, including MES (Jombay Certified) assessments and aptitude tests delivered via the Prosculpt platform. These assessments will provide data-driven insights into student competencies and areas for development.
3. Placement – End-to-end placement support including resume building, mock interviews conducted by industry experts, and job-readiness mentoring. Students will be guided through real-world hiring scenarios to build confidence and sharpen interview skills.

Expected Outcomes & Future Impact

The initiative is set to engage over 300 students through targeted training and 150 students in intensive placement preparation. With seamless management through the Prosculpt platform, the program will streamline training delivery, assessments, and performance tracking.

By leveraging data-driven insights, the program aims to identify student strengths and skill gaps early, enabling personalized learning interventions that significantly enhance employability outcomes.
